Want to spread the word about safe skin care in your community?
Many Orlando residents worship the sun and Florida has numerous outdoor activities to keep the whole family on the go year-round. But, the benefits of sun exposure come with a dangerous tradeoff. Each year more than 3.5 million cases of skin cancer are diagnosed in the United States. As the leading skin cancer specialist in Central Florida, our dermatology practice stays involved in the community by participating in local health fairs.
Since one person dies from melanoma every hour, the American Cancer Society recommends that everyone over the age of thirty have a routine skin cancer screening. If you are planning a local event or organizing a health fair for your employees and wish to reach out to us, do not hesitate to submit a request for our consideration. We were able to showcase our services and encourage everyone who stops by to make an appointment for an annual skin check as well as to wear the appropriate sunscreen . . . even during the winter months.
Please include detailed information (such as the location and date of the event, number of attendees, number of other health providers participating, etc.) on the form below.

The staff were great! Sorry I don't recall all names. I found them to be very professional and made the process of "cutting" on my ear pretty relaxing. My only question was that I was prescribed 5 pain pills to cover pain for the next 30 hours, yet was not given a Dr's excuse to miss work the following day. Thus I assume they felt it was ok to go to work under the influence of Hydrocodone :) All in all I would highly recommend the staff and Dr's at the Sand Lake office!
